QMC is approved to run Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) programmes, as listed below. All courses are tailored to meet the needs of specific organisations and delegate groups, within the ILM framework.

There are 2 ILM courses that QMC offer:

Award in Team Leading (Level 2)
Award in First Line Management (Level 3)

Both programmes are short, practical and directly relevant to workplace practice.
