QMC was formed in 1992 by Sue Whittles. The aim has always been to offer a highly individual, personal approach to any organisation who wishes to maximise the potential of its staff. The company has steadily increased its range of services and now offers specific consultancy , individual life and executive coaching, mentoring, support for in-house projects, as well as bespoke training courses.
In 2000 Derek Whitehouse joined the company as a partner, and brought to QMC a vast range of skills and knowledge which have been of benefit to many clients. In April 2003 QMC became incorporated and is now Quatford Management Consultancy Ltd.
The purpose of Quatford Management Consultancy is to enable client organisations and managers to develop their efficiency and effectiveness by enhancing the self-esteem, confidence, skills and knowledge of their staff.
